Outdoor Tailgating Rentals

• For ALL Tournaments, Outdoor Tailgate spots will be sold ONLINE ONLY.
• Once the online pre-sale is over, the remaining un-sold spots will still be first-come-first-serve on Saturday (or Sunday) morning.
• $40 per tailgate spot (per day).
• If you do not have a pre-purchased a spot, please see the CSC Staff inside at the concessions stand to purchase a spot BEFORE setting up.
• Spaces are approx. 10ft x 20ft. Enough room for two (2) 10ft x 10ft pop-up tents.
• No BBQ's or Fire Pits or Heaters (propane/gas/charcoal/wood or otherwise), no vehicles, no generators, alcohol, or glass containers allowed in tailgating area. 
• **THERE ARE NO REFUNDS FOR BAD OR INCLEMENT WEATHER.**
• There are no outlets or power hookups available.
• McClellan Business Park does NOT allow for RV or Trailer parking even out in the big main free parking lot. 
• Cancel policy: You have until 5:00p PST on the Thursday before your tournament/event to request a cancellation. Cancel requests can be sent to capitalsports@ncva.com. Cancellations are non-refundable after that.

• PLEASE NOTE: Spaces are sold PER DAY, not per weekend. Booking a space for Saturday, does NOT guarantee you that same space for Sunday. 
• TEAM SPACES FOR THE ABOVE EVENT(S) WILL BE SOLD ONLINE
• After 10:00am PDT on the Friday before a Tournament/League weekend, all remaining Team Spaces will be sold on-site, on a first come first serve basis.
• Team Spaces are sold per day, not per tournament.
  • IMPORTANT NOTE: When the tournament is broken up into a Morning Wave and Afternoon Wave, you are still renting the spot/space for the whole day. There are no refunds or partial payments for 1/2 days. However, you may offer your spot to another team within your club or another club team for the 1/2 of the day you will not be using the spot/space. That is up to you.
• Team Spaces 1,2,3,4,6,7,8,9,10,11, 16, 17, 18 & 19 are NOT separate rooms by themselves. They are sectioned off spaces for your team in a large room with other spaces. Please be mindful when booking your space and refer to the dimensions and pictures below.
• Team Spaces are meant for the players, coaches and a team parent or two. Most spaces are not large enough to accommodate families of each player as well. Please be mindful when booking the spaces and refer to the dimensions & pictures below.
• For the upstairs spaces, there will be at least 1 table and at least 10 chairs per space. If needing/wanting more than that, you are able to bring in your own.    
• Outside food and drink is ONLY permitted IN the rented team spaces only. You may bring in ice chests, pre-made food, etc to your rented space. No food or drinks other than water/sports drinks are allowed out on the courts. This will be enforced. 
• Crock Pots, rice cookers, coffee makers and other plugged in heating items are not allowed in any of the spaces. 
• No BBQ's or Fire Pits or Heaters (propane/gas/charcoal/wood or otherwise), no generators, alcohol, or glass containers allowed in team spaces.
